• All services are delivered virtually through one-to-one video sessions and film.
• Film services require an active ScoutSync Online™ profile and upload of the film before preparation begins.
• Performance guidance is educational, not certified training, medical, or nutrition care.
• Josh does not represent athletes or negotiate contracts.
• A request is not a confirmed booking. Upfront payment is required before confirmation or preparation once checkout is active. Secure Stripe checkout. Pay only with the methods shown there. Payment is confirmed from Stripe's verified state, not a browser redirect. Service confirmation also requires the stated approvals and prerequisites.
• Cancel 48+ hours before a session for free rescheduling or ScoutSync service credit. Within 48 hours, 50% is retained and 50% is returned. No-shows may be charged in full.
• Athletes under 18 require parent or legal-guardian consent and ScoutSync-approved communication channels.
• Education, evaluation, development, or consulting only. No scholarship, roster spot, recruiting, representation, contract, employment, selection, or performance result is guaranteed.
