Founder and CEO
Former 5-sport athlete, US high school All-American, and Indiana University Division I football alumnus. Darius brings over 14 years of coaching, front-office GM leadership, and international sports data analysis. As founder of Willis Sports Organization, he developed scouting frameworks across the US and Europe to open doors for overlooked athletes, now leading ScoutSync's vision and athletic intelligence architecture.

Former 3-sport athlete in track, soccer, and football, CFL player, and multi-time European champion. Matt pairs front-office sports operations leadership, including co-founding Switzerland's first professional football franchise, with senior hedge fund financial management and postgraduate risk management. At ScoutSync, he directs enterprise operations, financial infrastructure, and international regulatory compliance.
