    Coach Outreach Email Checklist

Coaches read the first two lines. If they keep reading, they scan for links and metrics. Build every email around that reality.

    1. Two-line introduction

Who you are and one specific reason you are interested in this program. Not a form letter.

    2. Competitive timeline

Where a coach can see you live in the next 30 to 90 days.

    3. Specific metrics

ASAR Score™, GPA, plus one sport-specific number that separates you.

    4. Links

ScoutSync profile, highlight video (under four minutes), and a full-game sample.

    5. Simple call-to-action

A short review or 15-minute call, on the coach's schedule.
