Two Athlete-Founded Organizations
The partnership is grounded in the personal experiences of both founders.
Aryaman Trehan, Founder of Aperio Sports, came through the football pathway as an athlete before building an organization focused on supporting the development and advancement of other footballers.
Through his experience and relationships, Aryaman has developed connections with academies, agents, coaches, clubs, and development partners across India, Portugal, Spain, Poland, Latvia, and the broader European football ecosystem.
Aperio works directly with athletes and families to help them better understand the football landscape, identify credible opportunities, and navigate academy, collegiate, semi-professional, and professional pathways.
Darius Willis, CEO and Co-Founder of ScoutSync, is a former Big Ten and professional football player who has spent more than a decade coaching, evaluating, recruiting, mentoring, and developing athletes across the United States and Europe.
His experience as a student-athlete, professional player, international coach, recruiter, evaluator, and sports operator helped shape ScoutSync’s mission: make it easier for athletes to manage their journey, continue developing, become properly evaluated, and connect with opportunities around the world.
Both founders understand that athletes need more than a place to upload film.
