ScoutSync Announces Strategic Partnership with Alpine Rams

Zürich, Switzerland / Alpine Region – ScoutSync is pleased to announce a comprehensive multi-year partnership with the Alpine Rams, Switzerland's newest semi-professional American football club and a founding member of the American Football League Europe (AFLE). This strategic agreement combines ScoutSync's enterprise athletic recruiting and team management technology platform with consulting services designed to support both the Rams' operations and the development of Switzerland's and the broader Alpine region's tackle and flag football ecosystem.

    Enterprise Technology Partnership

The Alpine Rams will deploy ScoutSync Online, ScoutSync's AI-powered recruiting and team management platform, to streamline talent identification, roster optimization, and organizational operations as they establish their competitive presence in the AFLE.

    Strategic Consulting & Community Development

Beyond technology, ScoutSync COO Matt Hammer will serve as a strategic advisor to the Rams organization, leading initiatives focused on sustainable infrastructure development and collaborative programs with the Swiss American Football Association (SAFV), local clubs throughout Switzerland, and the wider Alpine region including neighboring markets where football infrastructure development opportunities exist.

Olly Masion, Owner of Alpine Rams:

"When we decided to build something in Switzerland, one thing was clear: we're not here to do this halfway. We were going to build the Alpine Rams right, and contribute to Swiss football in the right way professional staff, real structure, local development, and a lasting contribution that's the vision and that's the intention.

One name kept coming up in our research and due diligence: Matt Hammer. A few intense and productive conversations later, it was obvious why. Matt doesn't just bring experience he has the roots in Swiss Football, a strong reputation, and the vision to be the right ambassador for what the Rams are building here.

ScoutSync, was an added benefit that helped bring everything together. The technology, the mandate, the direction all pointing the same way and we locked it in! We're confident ScoutSync and Matt will help the Rams and Swiss football as a whole reach new heights the sport here hasn't seen before.

    This is just the beginning."

    Matt Hammer, COO of ScoutSync:

"Swiss football has experienced real challenges over the years, particularly with attempts to establish sustainable semi-professional operations. These difficulties haven't stemmed from lack of talent, passion, or dedication from players, fans, or volunteers but more often from insufficient business infrastructure and management expertise at the organizational level."

"After several comprehensive discussions with the Rams leadership, I'm confident the Rams and this partnership represent a fundamentally different approach. The Rams are committed to operating as a true business entity with full-time professional staff, robust infrastructure, year-round presence, and management grounded in decades of American football experience. When you combine proper business practices with genuine financial commitment, you change the trajectory entirely. It will be pushing a sled uphill to repair the perception created by programs of the past but this is part of the long-term commitment the Rams have made."

"Importantly, I'm particularly excited that our consulting mandate with the Rams will focus heavily on SAFV collaboration, local club and player development, and building the infrastructure that supports the sport's long-term growth at every level. ScoutSync and the Rams will be working to establish new pathways, camps for player advancement, enhanced coaching development opportunities, and sustainable support structures that create mutual benefit for American Football across Switzerland and the Alpine region. When local clubs and their communities feel genuinely invested in, the Rams succeed. This approach isn't just critical for the Rams' long-term success; it's essential for elevating the sport as a whole."
