ScoutSync Welcomes Benjamin Jean Justin as Global Athlete & Agent Relations Intern
ScoutSync is proud to welcome Benjamin Jean Justin to the team as our new Global Athlete & Agent Relations Intern.
Benjamin joins ScoutSync through the 16Tech Talent Access Summer 2026 program and is currently studying Business Management at Butler University. This summer, he will work directly with ScoutSync Founder & CEO Darius Willis while gaining hands-on experience across athlete engagement, agent outreach, sports business operations, scouting pipeline development, and domestic and international relationship-building.
For ScoutSync, this is more than an internship announcement.
It is another step in building a company that reflects the global sports ecosystem we serve.
A Global Perspective Built Through Sport
Benjamin is originally from Haiti, and that background adds an important layer to his work with ScoutSync.
ScoutSync was built around the belief that talent is everywhere, but access, visibility, and structure are not always evenly distributed. Athletes from different countries, communities, schools, clubs, and pathways often face the same challenge: they are working hard, but the right people may not know who they are yet.
Benjamin understands that.
As someone who has lived the athlete journey himself, he brings more than business interest to the role. He brings perspective. He knows what it means to train, compete, and continue chasing goals.
Benjamin is a former athlete, continues to run today, and has hopes of joining the Butler Track & Field team. That athlete mindset will be valuable as he connects with athletes who are trying to get better, get seen, and understand what steps they should take next.
Supporting Athlete and Agent Engagement
In his role, Benjamin will support ScoutSync across several key areas.
He will help with athlete outreach, connecting with domestic and international athletes who may benefit from building their ScoutSync profile and learning how to better organize their sports journey.
He will also support agent outreach and research, helping ScoutSync better understand what agents and agencies need from the platform as they build their rosters, manage relationships, and support athletes across different sports and markets.
Benjamin’s work will also include field engagement, scouting pipeline development, platform training, and research into how athletes, coaches, and agents communicate with each other.
That experience matters because ScoutSync is not only building software. We are building a connected sports ecosystem.

As Global Athlete & Agent Relations Intern, he will help ScoutSync stay close to the athletes and sports professionals we are building for. He will listen, learn, document, and support the relationship-building work that helps make the platform stronger.
This is also part of ScoutSync’s larger mission: to create more visibility, better workflows, and more opportunity across every sport, every level, and every geography.
Building the Next Generation of Sports Business Leaders
