How a collaboration between a Swiss-founded sports technology platform, a European football franchise, and a local youth club is building something bigger than the game.
The Beginning
ScoutSync was built in Switzerland with a clear mission: give athletes a platform to be seen, and give clubs the tools to recruit, develop and manage their teams properly. From day one, the purpose has been to create exposure and opportunities for a growing international pool of talent, and to create efficiency of time and money in managing teams and finding talent around the world. Europe with its dense network of amateur and semi-professional clubs, passionate communities, and underserved technology infrastructure is a critical piece of the puzzle.
Today, we’re proud to announce our first Swiss club partnerships are ready to be onboarded to ScoutSync Online.
The Partners
The Alpine Rams are a semi-professional American football franchise competing in the AFLE (American Football League Europe), based out of Tissot Arena in Biel/Bienne. As the Swiss club competing at the highest level of European football, the Rams will use ScoutSync to locate and recruit new talent, manage their operations, track athlete development, create efficiencies, and support their network of collaboration partner clubs as they aim to build football from the ground up across Switzerland.
The Bienna Jets are established as a local partner right here in Biel/Bienne. As part of an expanded collaboration with the Alpine Rams, the Jets’ tackle football teams are onboarding ScoutSync sponsored by the Alpine Rams to give their coaches and players better tools for recruiting, communications, player development and team management. The Rams understand that youth football and all local teams growing and developing is critical to their own long-term success.
Why This Matters
Flag football in Switzerland is growing fast; tackle has not been supported or managed as well as it could be. Like many sports at the semi-professional and amateur level, clubs are often managing everything manually: spreadsheets, group chats, disconnected or outdated tools. Coaches spend time on administration that should be spent on development. Athletes miss opportunities because they rarely have a professional digital identity that travels with them as they progress through their development and career.
ScoutSync changes that. One platform. Recruitment pipelines, player profiles, development tracking, team communication, game planning and more built for multiple sports and the way modern clubs operate.
The Bigger Picture
The Alpine Rams are not just using ScoutSync for themselves. As part of their mission to grow American football in Switzerland from the ground up, the Rams are sponsoring ScoutSync access for their collaboration partner clubs starting with the Bienna Jets, with more club agreements to follow creating an environment for local athletes to build dreams and opportunities, advancing the skill and play of the game from the ground up.
This model a top-level franchise investing in the technology infrastructure for the clubs around them is exactly the kind of ecosystem thinking that builds sustainable sport.
And it’s only the beginning.
What’s Next
The Alpine Rams open their 2026 AFLE home season on May 31st at Tissot Arena, Biel/Bienne. Their Rising Stars Youth Program providing free personalized season passes to every eligible registered youth football player (Flag & Tackle) in Switzerland is already live and registrations are open.
